Content Removal

Intimate Images Shared Without Consent (NCII)
If an intimate photo or video of you — real or AI-generated — appears on Paid Space without your consent, you can have it removed. We remove reported content within 48 hours of a valid request, and we make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies. You do not need to report each copy.
You can submit a request yourself, or someone authorized to act on your behalf (including a parent or guardian) can submit it for you.
How to request removal: email hey@paid.space with the subject "NCII Removal Request" and include:
- Your signature — typing your full name in the email counts.
- A link (URL) to the content, or enough information for us to find it.
- A brief statement that you believe in good faith the content was published without your consent.
- Contact information we can reach you at — your email address is enough.
We may remove reported content while we review a request. Good-faith removals are protected under the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, and we may act on them even if the content is later found lawful. Content that appears to involve a minor is also reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Copyright (DMCA)
If you believe content on Paid Space infringes your copyright, send a notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to hey@paid.space with the subject "DMCA Notice", including:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of your authorized agent).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- A link (URL) to the infringing material, or enough information for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, email, and, if available, address and phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
Counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) may be sent to the same address. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected user as permitted by law. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
