Intimate Images Shared Without Consent (NCII)

If an intimate photo or video of you — real or AI-generated — appears on Paid Space without your consent, you can have it removed. We remove reported content within 48 hours of a valid request, and we make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies. You do not need to report each copy.

You can submit a request yourself, or someone authorized to act on your behalf (including a parent or guardian) can submit it for you.

How to request removal: email hey@paid.space with the subject "NCII Removal Request" and include:

We may remove reported content while we review a request. Good-faith removals are protected under the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, and we may act on them even if the content is later found lawful. Content that appears to involve a minor is also reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) may be sent to the same address. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected user as permitted by law. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
